These Terms of Service govern your use of zyragear.com and purchases made from ZyraGear. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Merchant identity and contact

ZyraGear is an online retailer of consumer electronics, smart gadgets, and home and lifestyle accessories. Business registration: 54.107.631/0001-33. Business address: Rua Dante Buosi, 100, São José do Rio Preto, São Paulo 15092-205, Brazil. Customer support: support@zyragear.com. Support hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST, with responses normally provided within one business day.

2. Product information

We work to keep product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and compatibility information accurate. Minor color differences may occur because of lighting or screen settings. If a material error affects an order, we will contact the customer and offer an appropriate solution, including cancellation and refund where applicable.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed for your market. The price and payment methods presented at checkout are the ones that apply to your order. Taxes, duties, or import charges, when applicable, are disclosed or handled according to the destination and applicable law. Payment information is processed by secure payment providers and is not stored directly by ZyraGear.

4. Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order because of unavailable inventory, pricing or product-data errors, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or legal requirements. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Shipping and delivery

Processing times, delivery estimates, destinations, and available shipping methods are described in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout when applicable. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, address errors, or events outside our reasonable control. Tracking information is sent when available.

6. Returns, refunds, and damaged items

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Customers must contact support@zyragear.com before returning an item so that we can provide instructions. Products received damaged, defective, or materially different from the description should be reported promptly with the order number and supporting photos when possible.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the website in a way that disrupts its operation, commit fraud, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the services for unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual property

The ZyraGear name, website design, original text, graphics, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify compatibility or the relevant products.

9. Third-party services

The store uses Shopify and may use payment, analytics, fulfillment, shipping, and customer-support providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as necessary to operate the store, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, and provide support.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZyraGear is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Products must be used according to their instructions and safety warnings.

We may update these terms to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. The version published on this page at the time of purchase applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections in the customer's place of residence where they apply. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact support@zyragear.com so we can try to resolve the issue.
