REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Zyra purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

To start a return, contact us at support@zyragear.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — we will provide the correct return address and instructions.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund — no return shipping required in most cases.

REFUNDS
Once your return or claim is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be processed for shipping and can no longer be cancelled.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or PayPal first, then contact us at support@zyragear.com.
